I was just sent a photo of me taken just before a recent party and thought i'd share my success with you guys! I'm finally reaching a point now where i'm beginning to feel much less embarrassed about my body. As stated, there is a 43lb difference between these two pictures. Even though i've lost weight MUCH slower than I'd have liked, i'm still very happy with the changes i've made.

June 2010 - roughly 205lb

    Congrats. Did you work out a lot during your weight loss? It looks like you may have lost a lot of inches too. I have lost 66 pounds in the past 10 months but was stuck at 65 for two months so I know how frustrating plateaus can be. Way to keep pushing through- great job.
