130 lbs
Ditto cause I'm over age 50 and take a lot of meds.0 -
5'5.5" ha! Goal is 125-130, but really I'm trying to go more by how my body looks and body fat percentage than the scale. (Shooting to maintain 18% or so) I'd honestly be fine staying at my current weight if it were all muscle and I could just get my booty/hips/thighs to cooperate.0

I'm 5'9" and I'd like to be in the range of 150-160 lbs.
Yes, I've got WORK to do, but aren't I worth it? You betcha!

5'9" Goal is 120-125, but really I'm trying to go more by how my body looks and body fat percentage than the scale. (Shooting to maintain 13% to 15%) My goal is to be at or near 150 around January. 120 - 130 around June.0

I'm 5'4'' and aiming for 145. The last time I weighed 145, I was a size 6 and looked great. The thinnest I have ever been is 132, and I was TINY. My body carries weight differently than some people, maybe because I have huge boobs :-) So I will be thrilled at 145, and I will be able to maintain that.0

I'm 5ft 7" and currently around the 90kg mark, I'm looking to get myself down to around the 75kg mark and then assess the situation again as regards my BMI, BF% and my over-all health and see what my next goal should be.0

5'3" and I want to weigh 115. I'm at 130 now, so at least 15 more pounds to go!0

Personally I think the BMI chart is BS. Between being in the military, having a large frame (according to the wrist-width-to-height ratio), and being 5'6, there's no way I can weigh between 115 and 154 pounds. I'm 177 now and I think I look great. I have the blood pressure readings of an athlete. I would be perfectly content in the 160s. If I get to where I'm "supposed" to be according to the BMI chart, peachy. :drinker:0

5.4".5 and would like to hit 125. I'm 136 now and happy but feel I could still lose 10 lbs.0

5' 3" and goal is 124 lbs. I am currently fluctuating at 131-133 most days.0

There are lots of discrepancies with the BMI chart but at present it is the only universally recognised system of quantifying obesity. Maybe try the ashwell shape chart which looks at a measure of central obesity in relation to your height. It only takes your height and a weight measurement. Having everything in the middle of your body is worse than having a relative overall obesity.

And what does having the blood pressure reading of an athlete mean? a 90 year old woman could have a BP of 110/60 but I wouldn't class them as an athlete..0 -
5'7 and my goal is 150lbs. 140lbs was my highschool grad weight so that would be icing but will be very happy with 150lbs.0
