    thanks for all of the encouragement. I love MFP and know without it I wouldnt have been able to do this. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and didnt realize until looking back at pics how tired , worn out and in pain I look in most of them. My health and the pain has improved ALOT since I have lost the weight. I still have bad days but before it was every day..........
