  • Yes it is, although, I feel that should be as low as you go otherwise you might risk entering starvation mode. For that 200 extra calories have a banana or 2 or a handul of nuts.

    Just something I have found. My body loses more weight when I eat my exercise calories. Sure, the large deficit looks good on paper, but, your body is doing all that work. It needs fuel.

    That is just something I have found to be true.

    So, you are sporting just a 261 calorie deficit there. That seems pretty good.

    actually MFP will already have given a deficit, probably of 500 cals (if her profile is set to lose 1 lb per week), so the actual deficit is 761...
