Emotional Eating

Ok, so what methods do ya'all use to combat this? Everytime I get really stressed-especially at work, I want to grab the chocolate. I'm on day two and very committed to getting this weight off this time so I'm trying everything possible to control the urge to blow it!

I wish I could! My job doesn't allow me a lot of time away from my desk to get a lot of activity in. I fit my workouts in before work. I am finding that by logging each and everything I eat into myfitnesspal gives me a sense of accountability I didn't really have before. That is definitely a motivator, but I wish I could squash the emotional eating thing all together. It's definitely a problem for me.0
