I have heard that wearing Compression Clothing can help you while you work out. Not only with sweating, but also if you are a larger person it can help with sagging skin. Is this true, and if so where can I buy Women's Plus Size Compression Pants and Tops???

One of the reasons I love running in the fall/winter is because I can wear my compression running tights. I'm not altogether sure why, but my legs feel more energized. Compression helps with circulation and aids in recovery after a work out. Maybe try a running store or even zappos.com for compression clothing in larger sizes. Good luck!0

I just got a compression workout top at Target for $20. I'm sure sports stores such as the Sport Authority would have them, too.0

I recently bought a pair of compression workout pants from Old Navy and they are wonderful! I think they have tops too. Here's the link to the pants I bought:

Old Navy just came out with an inexpensive sports line that I believe includes some compression fit.
Under Armour has loads of compression fit stuff, but you might have to buy the men's versions because they don't seem to have a lot of compression fit specifically for women. My wife and I used them for Warrior Dash because they don't flop around or chafe when wet.0 -
Old Navy has a compression line now, I heard that they help because it sheds more excess water.0

I get my compression shorts at Walmart, they are cheap and when they start to get loose, I can just pick up another pair.0

Old Navy just launched a new line, pretty affordable, too.0
