Happy Monday brides to be!!

We are on our second week together! & i'm so happy to have you all here, whether your hear to lose before the wedding or maintain where you are. Or losing for yourself then planning the wedding! We all get to do it together!

How did you do last week/weekend?

Last week I did great but this past weekend i went off not a big leap off but not where i should have been! On my weigh-in on friday i lost another 2 pounds! I did really good at last weeks task of getting most or all of my water in each day and my 30 minutes of cardio! How did you do?!

Week 2's goal!
30 minutes of cardio a day
30 minutes of strength training
8 glasses of water a day

we can do this as long as we set our minds to it!!

Does anyone have a specific weight they would like to by for thanksgiving?
I'm trying to be 180 and i have 8lbs to go!

Let's try to push our selfs a little more this week than last!
Any new brides are welcome to join our journey together!
any ideas on what our goal for week 3 should be let me know! I'm up for trying new things!

Hello! I'm a B2B, my wedding is in 299 days, omg! My final goal is 145, down from the 200 I was at after having my baby. I'm at 195 now, and my goal by Thanksgiving is 185. I would love to be a part of these weekly challenges, anything to keep the motivation and the accountability up!

I did okay in general last week, learned a lot about myself and my habits. This week, as always, my goal is to do better than last week, just in general. Specific goals are:

    1. at least 30 min of cardio every day
    2. strength training 2-3 times this week
    3. 4 glasses of water a day (up from 3)
    4. keep Halloween candy munching to one piece a day!

I'd love to drop 5 before thanksgiving and be at 121, but I don't know that that'll happen... lol. I can hope and try though, right?
  • Of course we would all love more people to help motivate us all~! great to have more b2b on the journey!!!
  • I would love to join this!! Please please keep me held accountable. I keep going strong then giving up. I need to stay on track. My Wedding is May 2012. Add me as a friend!! I need someone to stick on me to keep me motivated...

    Goals:

    1. More water
    2. Workout 3 times a week
    3. Lose 8 pounds by thanksgiving :)

    Hello everyone,
Last week was not a good week for me. I got sick (really bad cold or maybe the flu). I am even still sick today and did not go in to work. Needless to say, I have not worked out nor eating the best. I think I put some weight on. I cannot wait to get over this bug and get back to work.

Also this is a big week for me with Halloween coming up. I love Halloween and dressing up.

My goal right now is just to get all the water in. I'll start exercising again when I feel better.

ok... my personal goals for the week are to stay within 100 calories of my goal (on either side) and to get ALL 8 glasses of water in EVERY DAY... Next week I'll get back into the workout part of it, but I AM trying to be a little more active this week too :) Maybe I'll start round 2 of the 30 DS... ;)

My goals for the week... are to get in 3 workouts whether in a chair resting my foot... or to get to the gym and get some upper body strengthening in and do a work on on the recumbent bike as that doesn't bother my ankle....

want to lose 10 lbs by Dec 3rd when we have our annual family womens get together :D
