So this is my second try at losing a few pounds and all around getting healthier. I lost a bit of weight in time for my wedding a couple months ago and have magically found the pounds again. :sad: A big challenge to my weight lose is dedication and drinking enough water! I can't seem to remind myself throughout the day to drink enough water aaanndd I seem to eat more. I've made the effort this time to increase my activity level with the help of an elliptical machine! So here goes nothing!! Wish me luck!
