New to msg board

Hey everyone! I have been using MFP since about the middle of July. I will do good for a couple of weeks and then hit a bump and fall off the wagon. I usually just use the app on my phone and haven't been on the site much, until today. This is my first day to use the message board because I keep hearing that is more beneficial to diet/exercise with the support of groups or friends. Being a full time student and working full time as well I feel like I'm going a million directions at once and don't have a lot of time to go out with friends. So I'm hoping to get some support, advice, and any help I can get from my fellow MFPers.
I have decided that I would like to lose between 25 and 30 pounds and also start training to get in shape to run a 5K. Anyone who would like to be friends, help out with some motivation (and have motivation in return), or have tips/advice for my goals feel free to add me as a friend or comment!

    I've been here for a long time, never once came online just did it from my phone. I have to tell you having friends to support, motivate and understand is the best thing. Feel free to add me if you like...
