Jamie Eason is awesome! The only draw back with her program is that if you are training for a distance sport you have to stop. There is no cardio the first 2? weeks. You can follow her on Facebook and she will answer you questions personally.0

Kris Gethin's 12 week. Although alot of his nutritional knowledge is broscience he does know his stuff when it comes to training. His teacher was Dorian Yates. Dorian Yates 6 week blood & guts is ok, but you really need to have about a year of training under your belt first before doing his.0

I was a bit bummed about no cardio for the first 2 weeks (although I don't LOVE cardio, I feel like I am working out harder if I throw some in at the end of my workout) I am, however, feeling that I am making progress with my plantar faciitis by not doing certain cardio, so another two weeks should be okay.0 -

yeah, same for me. I need to run; that's the reason I haven't done Jamie's program. I love her through! She is my inspiration. Pauline Nordin is also pretty freaking amazing. She has a program too; if you google fighter diet it will take you to her web page. Any of the programs on bb.com are great, it just depends on what you are looking for.0 -
I'm doing Jamie Eason's 12 week fat loss program right now, and I love it. It gives a full body work out, which I love.0

I just downloaded Kris Gethin's diet plan the other day. I downloaded his diet plan and Michelle Hanson's workout log. Her workout plan does include cardio each day, which is running 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening or 1 hour split into two sessions. It seemed like the the easiest plan for me to integrate into my current workout schedule.0 -
I've really enjoyed Chalean Johnson as an at-home work out. I started doing Turbo Jam, and did the 20-week Turbo Fire program at the begining of the year. It is a great mix of intense cardio, interval workouts, strength, core work, and strechinging/yoga. If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask.0

I've done the first month of Jamie Eason's LiveFit program and totally rocked it. I gained a ton of strength and my clothes are looser than before.
But instead of continuing on, I am now doing Tom Venuto's TNB workouts with extra cardio as following his BFFM nutrition plan.
But I would continue with Jamie Eason had I not decided to go full force with BFFM. LiveFit is a solid program, and months 2-3 are actually very similar to Venuto's BFFM.0
