this just in...me, trying to get fit and lose weight...

Hi all,

I've just joined MyFitnessPal and am hoping to lose circa 25 lbs...

I was never all that thin but badly injured my leg during a skiing accident about 4 years ago and my weight ballooned to over 17st.

Having got my leg fixed as become "sport mad" and managed to lose almost 3st getting down to circa 14st 7lbs...still not quite where I wanted to be but good progress.

I then had to have further surgery on my knee at the start of this year and have gone up to 16st again....the knee is starting to feel strong again so I'm going to be back on the sport and eating as healthily as I can..

Any hints or tips would be gratefully received!!!

    You made the biggest step. To achieve your goal, just take one day at a time and stay focused. Good Luck
