Here are some pics of my journey; starting weight 224lbs ending wt 145. Well technically the 145-147 lb range, but i'm happy with it! My last side pic would be better, flatter mid section in that sense; however, I have been tearing up some cake! lol! Good luck to you all! This is possible!
