Carmel Apple Jello Shots
Options
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 cup hard apple cider, divided in half
1/4 cup Apple Pucker or other sour apple schnapps
Combine the water with ½ cup cider in a saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over it and let sit for a few minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin starts to dissolve. Cool till just warm. Stir in the remaining cider and the apple schnapps. Pour into cups and chill. Top with caramel ice cream topping if desired.

I made these this weekend...They were delicious....Except the caramel topping was gooey and hard to not be messy with.....But still totally worth it!!!0

I've seen jello shot recipes online where they used mini silicone cupcake trays (or maybe they were ice cube trays?) so you could pop them out and eat them like finger food instead of slurping them out of a cup. I might have to try that sometime.0

Depending on who is making them, they are still kind of runny and slurping is necessary. Had some made in silicone cupcake trays for a bachlorette party last summer.0 -
