Getting ready for the big wedding!

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. Over the past 5 months I have lost 29 lbs and really need to lose another 25 before my wedding in Fall 2012. Any suggestions, especially from ladies, on how to boost my weight loss. Recently I have fallen to maybe 1 lbs every 2 weeks instead of the more consistant 2 bs every week.

I would eat fresh fruits and veggies for snacks, and only snack on healthy things like nuts and seeds... Try to stay away from fast food, they are loaded with fats!! Drink lots of water and keep the sodium down, and of course a little exercise is always good!!0

Yep- Lots of water and continue to eat healthily and exercise. Have you tried doing any of Jillian Michaels DVDs? Congrats on your wedding You can do it!0

To answer your question; be mindful of what you eat, log food, exercise and drink water. (Lose the soda if it's part of your routine. )
