Well I started tracking today after the fact didnt realize how many calories I comsume in day WOW...

    Same here. I had no idea how many calories I was taking in each day or the amount of fat, carbs and cholesterol. I was shocked to say the least, it took me a few weeks of tweaking my menu to really get a good start on actually losing weight and not starving myself. Good luck.

    Yes it was I thoght i was doing good panera at lunch...Bit i know bojangles wouldnt be...all i can say is wow
