Squash and Sausage Stew

Hi friends!
I made this recipe tonight and it was DELICIOUS. Warm and cozy for a cold fall night. This stew is loaded with veggies and is really satisfying. You can change the amount of veggies you put in to meet your caloric needs. You can also use chicken or turkey sausage instead of pork sausage. I used half pork sausages, half turkey sausages.
