How do I log?

Today I added abut 20 minutes of arm work using 3 lb weights to tone my arms. I added it for strength but I'm not sure how to log it. I did alot but no specific routine or lifts. I don't have an HRM. Any thoughts?

    Log it under Cardiovascular - and then look for Free Weights.

    Yes, I worked some while on the floor because I have a bad back and the balance standing. My heart was pumping. I know 3 lbs isn't much but when you've not been doing any arms at all, it was quite a feat.
