My energy levels are off the charts, thanks to these fat burners BUT I love food so much ...I miss my appetite [/unneccesary]
What are your experiences with appetite suppressants?
Do they work for you?
Do they make you think about food MORE?

They are of the extreme kind lol. Sorry, I don't wish to say the name on here but they are in pill formation.0

Many Moons ago I took Phentermine and It really worked to suppress my appetite. I never even THOUGHT about food. I actually had a hard time getting in all my calories because the idea of eating just didn't appeal to me at all.
I took it for about three months and then quit taking it because I was having a hard time getting a good breath during exercise. I felt like my aerobic capacity was decreasing so I quit taking the phentermine because I felt like it was harming me.
So anyway to answer your question, no, I didn't miss my appetite at all.0 -

Really, why post then. I guarantee that you dont have something that someone else hasnt already taken and posted about.0 -
Tis true. But my question wasn't about the specific ones that I am taking.
If you really want to know, I can tell you through an inbox message (if we can do that here on mfp).0 -

ECA?
Clen?
That's my guess for the fat burner.
Anyway, you could try Hoodia for appetite. I tried a bottle one to see if it did anything and I didn't notice a difference but a lot of people swear by it. Also, a discontinued product that is still available in some stores online is called EST Suppressor. It had good ratings, not sure why they stopped making it. I tried that one once too for the hell of it and I actually felt less hungry. N = 1 so possible placebo though. Drinking tea works the best for me.0 -
None of the above fb @ Ranger.
Tea is also big for me though, just not with what I am taking. Caffeine mixed with these babies will give me a heart attack :indifferent:
Natural teas make me gag lol0
