HI, I am not trying to lose much weight but its hard. Somehow just saying that kind of makes me feel better :smile:

    Don't get discouraged, usually the last 10-15 lbs can be stubborn, and where you are wanting to lose 5, it may come off right away, but you also may need to work at it on the other hand. Just keep your chin up, make the best decisions you can, and don't dwell on negative. If you see all the positive i.e. you eating better, exercising, making better choices when out to eat, etc then you will do great.
