Very Never go over my calorie allowance

Okay So i don't really ever go over my calorie allowance. i eat most of my exercise calories.
And Yet My Weight Loss is sooo slow 1lb a week sometimes 2lb a week other times nothing then sometimes a gain

    It's not really healthy to lose any faster than about 1-2 lbs a week..

    1lb is equal to 3500 calories. Water retention and what you eat on certain days can also effect your weight. 1-2lbs p/w sounds really heathly to me so i wouldn't stress too much about it.

    Yup, that sounds like pretty good progress to me - losing 1-2 pounds with occasional gains = normal!
  • I think the slower you lose it the longer it will stay off.
    Seems sensible to me that if you took a long time to put it on then it will take a long time to lose...I go in kgs (in Australia).. but my loss is around 1lb or less a week and I only want to lose 7lbs.. I also eat most of my exercise calories.. i would starve if I didn't. I know that there are people that don't eat their exercise calories back..you could try that maybe

    could be sodium, or sugar. could be the number of carbs you eat. how often do you weigh yourself? do you do it at the same time each time? you could maybe try eating half your exercise calories.. but it would be helpful to see you food diary.
    but like everyone else said... 1-2 pounds a week is good.
