    ok every1...not a great way 2 start a thread...we r all here 4 1 reason and thats 2 lose weight...be healthy and make friends....lets keep all negative comments out and motivate 1 another

    Thank you for posting this! I'm just starting today and I'm already nervous. I've lost 50 pounds on WW but don't like the new PointsPlus and everything else I try and get frustrated. I've only got about 40 to lose but I swear every time I lose 10 I put it right back on (gotta love being Hypothyroid). Seeing your progress makes me want to work hard. Thanks again!
