Hi, I'm Trish and work night shift... which has helped me to become twice the woman I used to be! I did WW in the past, but put the weight back on, same with curves... now I will try this, and hope!
I would love to connect with others who work night shift and see what works for them! I work part-time, so I end up flipping my scedule around every week...

Hey. I'm also new here and I also work night shift.
I work full time, but on weekends. 9pm-9am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. It's great because I'm a mom and get all week with my kids, but it's made it somewhat difficult to create an exercise schedule. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I'm beat from working the entire night before. Tuesday through Thursday I try to stick to a steady exercise schedule of walking and moderate housework. It can be a task!0 -
I work the night shift too.. 9pm to 6am.. Luckily we have a gym downstairs that i sneak off to about 4 nights a week.. What works for me is keeping a pattern as far as my meals are concerned.. I usually eat right when i get to work, drink a protein shake around 2 after i workout, eat a small meal around 4am.. When I wake up around 3pm I eat breakfast, and at about 6pm i eat again.. They are all somewhat small meals..
The whole 3 meal a day doesnt work well for me, eating 5 times a day helps keep the hunger away..0 -
Yes... it seems like I can choose between homeschooling my daughter, cleaning house or cooking... and eating out is what part of our problem is... but I get so tired!
I work Friday-Tuesday 11pm-7am, then I work the following Sunday and Monday... We are trying to walk more and use the Wii... but I still weigh too much to get on it...
I am hoping to get inspired to work harder with this site!

We have a cardiac rehab room we can use at night... but only if the workload allows it! I like your idea about smaller meals... some days we eat only twice a day, but it is a bigger meal!0
