I have never heard of it, so my suggestion is to talk to your doctor & get his/her views on lipotrim.0

Googled it. A waste of money in my opinion.
What's wrong with just eating right and exercising? It's cheaper and healthier.0 -
I don't know what Lipotrim is but you have lost 25 lbs and losing a 1 lb a week. I would say that is a nice steady loss. Slow and steady stays off and gives your skin chance to adjust. Things like Lipotrim normally have a leaflet in them with a crash diet which would make you weight in an unhealthy way which will gradually stop when you body realises it's not getting enough food.
Stick with what you are doing because your weight is more likely to stay off as you aquire halthier eating habits and your friends will probably regain their weight quite quickly.0 -
hi, i did lipotrim last year i only lasted 9 days its very hard and taste is horrible, i did lose around 8lb but had to start eating proper food as it makes you tired and weak, and i felt quite ill, i would never do a vlcd again, if you do decide to try it aviod the chicken soup at all costs yuk !0

hi, my sister did lipotrim to try and help her get the last stone off it definatly worked but a couple of months later she started putting back on the weight and is now doing it by perservering even when she loses 'just' half a lb a week, but in the end it is your choice and you do whats best for you :-)0

Any claim for fast easy loss comes with its price and I am not talking money here. Your health will suffer greatly and as soon as you go back to a normal eating habit, the weight will creep back up before you know it. If it sounds to good to be true, IT IS......trust me, over the past 30+ years I have been a yoyo dieter, I tried not all but a lot of those miracle pills and diets, yes they do work temporarily, but that's it. There are NO miracle product out there. Only you can create your own miracle by taking charge of your eating habits, habits that you can live with for the rest of your life.0

That is why I asked? Sometimes people push stuff like diet pills on here. They often talk about great results... I was just asking.0 -
A couple I know did liptrim.
Having stuck to it the lost a heck of a lot of weight.
Somewhere around 140 lbs between them and they looked pretty good.
Although the muscle growth was not there. The skin toning was not there resulting in surgery being needed.
And now 2 years on they have been eating "Normally" (Read eating as you barely eat proper food on lipotrim).
And the weight has some (estimate about half) the weight has gone back on.
However they are now working on losing the stuff that has gone back on by eating balanced and working out and seeing results all be it a bit slower.
From what I have seen in a nut shell - Its ok if you can stick to it but there are health complications that you need to be very weary of. And you have to be prepared to do it twice. Once on Lipotrim to get the bang weight has gone and then balanced after you body has gotten used to eating full blown calories again.
My view, Save the money and keep going like this. You should only have to do it once and it seems tobe healthier.0 -
