I'm currently down to 130- A weight I wasn't even back in high school days....although I'd be ok not losing anymore, I have somewhat become lax and want to get back on track with mostly my fitness goals. I used to exercise daily and it's dwindled down to maybe 2x a week if I'm really pushing myself.

I'm posting this in hopes that maybe I'll find some renewed motivation to lose the last few pounds that I'd like to! At one point, I was on the site and enjoying having the support and giving support! Life just gets busy!
Here's to renewed motivation and friends! Feel free to add me! I'm ready to get back into gear!

    AWESOME JOB!!!!

as far as continued motivation, take some time to reflect on your journey...on the things you love about your new lifestyle and the things you didn't like about being overweight. remind yourself that if you let yourself get too complacent with your current lifestyle, it can be all too easy to gain weight. if you gain enough weight, then you will have all of those things you didn't like about an overweight lifestyle back in your life.

complacency gets to a lot of people. its a big reason people gain weight back.
