No one for weight gain??? Surprising!!!

Hi, i went through quite a few pages of posts here but felt like an ugly duckling
most of the posts here are about weight loss and inch loss and recipes etc.. but i cud not find one post which spoke about weight gain... lemme start by saying that i am 32 and weigh a scrawny 103 lbs... for the first time in my life i stepped into a gym early this month and man has it been painful :sick:
the food intake hasnt added much to my overall physique yet though i have gained about 2.2 lbs in 3 weeks... partially i blame myself for not following the recommended diet...
but am all gungo now... the adrenaline rush while working out is welcome now :bigsmile: and i have put timely reminders on my fone for meals and snacks... hope to add about 3.5 lbs by the end of the months fingers crossed.

There are definitely people here looking to gain weight/muscle. Maybe try searching for "gain muscle" as opposed to "gain weight." You will find some friends with similar goals!0

I went to school to become a personal trainer and one friend in my classes was wanting to gain, but I feel going about it all wrong with his food choices. However, that being said-do you strength train at all?0

Bump.. Ive been on a perma-bulk for the last couple years, I just switch up whether its Clean or Dirty lol (I may cut back cals a bit but always striving for gains)0

Currently am 102 lbs... ideally shud be 146 considering my height and age (32)... and am supposed to consume around 2300 cal... but its just hard to keep stuffing food in... also started wth Serious Mass 3 days ago... that thing is seriously a Mass... have to break one scoop into 4 parts across the day....
workouts pretty good... 3 days a week with weights and stretches and all... and its soo painful i have been asked by the gym trainers to tone down on abusing the weights and using the god's name in vain :grumble:0 -

Yeah.. my trainer makes me use weights that really make me abuse him under my breath.. and pushes me hard.. bad with gym terms so am guessing thats strength training... :bigsmile:
but the real thing i like about working out lately is the adrenaline rush it gives... workouts really freshen me up...0 -
I'd also try searching "leangains" as it's a specific system (I believe)0
