What type of tea does any one drink to help them regulate their body, if you know what I mean?

    if you go to the natural teas isle or the all natural foods isle in the grocery store..stop n shop or somewhere. they have various teas made for immunity, regulating your body and that sort of thing. it may even be called a laxative tea and it's not crazy or painful it just helps. you drink it before bed time and your good to go in the morning. i hope you find it!

    Smooth Move tea does it for me!

    Senna Leaf is good to help regulate... but when you first strart drinking the tea - fix it, then 1/2 it with more water... it can cause you to have some pretty rough stomach cramps - and that's no fun.

    My mom actually gets me a cleansing tea from Slim 4 life. Other than that...coffee like Maribela said.:flowerforyou:

    My co-op grocery has a tea in their bulk section called Detox Tea that is really nice.
