Baked chicken breast, scalloped potatoes with a small salad made with organic baby spinach, feta, picked olives & olive oil.
Seems like a lot but I have a Zumba class tonight :happy:0 -
tuna salad (can of white tuna w/ tbsp olive oil mayo) on lettuce wrap w/ some shredded cheddar and a cup of yogurt.0

leftover seafood pasta from last night...mixed 1/2 whole wheat pasta with 1 c spag squash and mixed spinach in with sauce and shrimp.0

Whatever I could find in the fridge this morning on my way out the door, late for work!
Ended up with a spinach and fat free feta salad an egg and half an english muffin. oooh and I just found a weight watchers string cheese in my lunch box:)0 -

Cafeteria food: Beef lentil soup and a salad w/ spinach, cucumbers, tomatos and carrots. Chips if still hungry.0

I'm having Progresso's Lite Beef Pot Roast Soup and a 1/2 cup of steamed butternut squash. Yum!
P.S. I am not a huge veggie lover but this butternut squash is amazing....I found it all chopped up into these little squares at Wal Mart last night and all I did was steam them in the microwave....no butter or anything and they are truly delicious! Wish I had brought more with me to work....0 -
I'm kind of boring... Lean ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mustard on 12 grain bread. Yum!!!0

I had two birds eye cod fishcakes, Sainsbury's moroccan style couscous and a big salad with low fat garlic & herb dressing. It was yummy. I'm on a nightshift tonight, so it needs to keep me going until I get a break at about 11pm!0

I love squash, sometimes i make yellow rice, chicken, onions, squash, zucchini and mixed those all up, it's pretty good0 -

A concoction I call Mexi Mess. Ground beef, hominy and refried beans witrh onions and spices. Looks like poop. Tastes pretty good.

I hat turkey taco salad with brown rice and home made no sodium hot sauce yum yum yum would be better if i didnt accidently put in cinimon thinking it was chili powder oooppps!0 -

1/4 cup of white rice ( I know brown is better for you but I have to use it up) with a pork tenderloin stir fry that I made last night. It has lite soy sauce, thai chile sauce, green peppers, onions, & water chestnuts in it.0

Double figer english muffin w/ tomatoe sauce and low fat mozzarella cheese, green giant just for one broccli and cheese, and some grapes0
