Thankful to Be Fit (November Challenge) Who's in?

So I had a thought to create a Month Long Challenge for November.
It will be a fitness goal which should be added to your daily activities (above and beyond what you normally do). It might be add an extra mile or 100 additional crunches, or anything. Once a week, there will be a food challenge as well.
Might be to try a new vegetable three times during the week or something like that.
I have a FB page as many of my FB are not on MFP (although I have told them about it repeatedly), I started thinking I can add it here as well for anyone that wants to join us.
It will be each day for the whole month, including Thanksgiving Day. My thought is to increase our activity during the Holiday season and ward off the overeating and rich calorie foods.
If we have a place to be accountable in, we might make it through the month ok.
So, who would like to join me?

I've always wanted to do a challange and always up for more exercise. Though I'm really cheap so doing a food challange might be tough if it isn't on sale at the moment, but I'll try.0

I'm in!!! I've been MIA most of Oct. and a challenge really helps keep me in line! I'm feeling out of shape after just a couple of weeks of slacking, so it must stop!0

Food Challenge Week 1: Don't allow yourself to go overboard on the Halloween Candy. Donate it, trade it in, take it to the office. Think hard about it before you eat it. It's really not worth it!

Great idea for the first week! My goal is to limit myself to 3 pieces a day (that is very little for me )0
