In the three months that I’ve been on MFP, I’ve lost 19 pounds. And I’m so proud of myself! For the first time in a VERY LONG TIME, I’m in my 140's!

when i first joined MFP i also lost 19 pounds in the 3 months i had joined before my GB surgery! i love this site and am devoted to it. I have lost 39 more since the surgery on aug 15th,and am going to keep going!0
