Hey All my fellow Insanity users... what type of mat do you use for the floor? I do the videos in an unfinished basement and have been putting off buying a decent mat for months due to expense of it. Right now I use those little puzzle pieces under a 10X14 rug. The rug is getting shredded to pieces with all the kicks and stuff so it's time to buy something. I don't want to get a puzzle piece floor since I only use one section of the basement and no doubt they would definitely break apart if not wall to wall with how rough the workout is on the floor. Any suggestions and ideally I'd like something 10X14ish, cushioned for jumping but not too much, and inexpensive. HIGH DEMANDS I KNOW!!! I'm 5 foot so the minimum is 5 foot by at least 8 foot for the sprinting moves and pushups.

why not stop by Home Depot or something like that to get a rubbery type indoor/outdoor mat- you know the ones off the huge rolls?
they are cheap, durable and will be non-slip

Perhaps the type of mat that restaurants use by the sink? I think you can find them at Sam's/Costco. I have no idea of the cost though.
