Easy Cheesy Chili Mac

Made this last night and my husband and I both really liked it! It makes large servings and is hot and spicy so it's great now that the weather is getting cooler. Since you cook the maccaroni in the chili, it's also a great 1 pot meal.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (I drain off most of the fat after cooking, so I put it in as 95% lean)
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 Cup tomato sauce
1 onion chopped
2 cans beans (I used one black, one pinto) drained and rinsed
1 Cup frozen corn
1 Cup wheat maccaroni
6oz 2% velveeta cheese
2 T chili powder
1 T ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 cans water (I refill the tomato cans)
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in the bottom of a large pot. Drain off the fat. Add in chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add in spices. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add in maccaroni.
Cook about 12 minutes until maccaroni is tender. Add in drained beans and corn. Cut up velveeta into small chunks and stir into mixture (they will melt and thicken up the sauce). Add any additional seasonings to taste.
Makes 6 servings, about 2 cups per serving. About 470 calories each.
