Help with my food diary

I want to get some input on my food diary. Am I on the right track? I lost about 5 pounds so far but I was talking to my work mate and she was saying how I need to eat my exercise calories. I know yesterday I did exercise alot (taking advantage of my day off plus I gained last weekend so I needed to lose the 3lbs I gained over the ONE weekend).

Suggestions welcome. I am 5'5 currently 139 and would like to lose about 10-15 pounds. I want to be around 125 and be a good healthy weight.

I currently have been trying to eat alot of veggies and low on carbs (not no carbs just low carbs) and my goal is to change my horrible eating habbits to lead by example for my daughter.
