Hi all,
New to this site, but been trying to really get in shape for the past 5 weeks. I'm down about 13 lbs so far, and hovering around 208-210 depending on the day. I've hit a bit of a plateau, so have been trying some new workouts as of late. Hopefully they start to work and the lbs keep coming off!

Not my first time at this diet/exercise rodeo, but I hope this time works better than previous attempts! :)
