Low sodium 5.5oz V8 - only 30 calories, but it really knocks down the munchies. That and raw carrorts.0

boil eggs ahead of time and just put them in a bag to go great source of protein0

Pickled onions are my fave at the moment.
Before I stopped eating meat i'd have sandwich ham. Also I love a slice of toast with half a portion of low fat philly for about 120 cals!0 -
Motts No Sugar Added applesauce cups (I like peach medley). Only 50 calories each.
I also like pickles (specifically Claussen's kosher dills) if I'm in the mood for something salty.0 -
I like string cheese, all sorts of veggies (especially cucumber, broccoli, red bell pepper, and sugar snap peas), a small bowl of edamame, blueberries/cherries/raspberries, a glass of verrryy cold skim milk, hardboiled eggs, homemade jerky....there are lots of things to snack on that are low-cal but packed with nutrients (rather than just enriched flour and sugar)!0

Aww the other day I was sooo hungry in the supermarket that had a look at all the bars, and now all concerned about calories I checked the calories. This one is only 111... a bit more of your limit, but it just fills you up for another 2 hours, it's called Kellogs Fibre Plus, or something like that, it's cereals plus chocolate, yummy!:D0

Fruit!! I love oranges, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, pineapple, apples.....one small or medium size fruit is under 100 calories.0
