Ok Friends

Never thought I would do this

Here is the photo which inspired me even if it did take me over a year to get started taken with my lovely wife on our wedding day in Jan 2010, When I saw the photos I realised how huge I looked (Guess close to 350lbs)

This one was taken in spain june this year I had been on MFP for a month and had already lost over 16lbs (weight 310lbs)

And finally this was taken tonight (76lbs lighter and half way to my goal)
