One of the turning points for me is when I tried to put on one of my favorite dresses to wear out for my friends birthday. Hadn't worn it for at least 10+ months so when I tried to zip it up I was so devastated that there was just NO CHANCE. I mean, I would have needed an army and the jaws of life to zip this thing up. :noway:

Super sad, but also gave me the motivation I needed to start a new healthier way of life. :ohwell:

I'm now down 20 lbs and quite a few inches, so last night after the gym and a shower, I decided to try it on before getting my pj's on. And you guessed it - IT FITS!! It fits perfectly! Now I just need an excuse to wear it out... before it gets too big for me! :wink:

And did I mention it's a size 8 (US)! Hell ya!

    It's an American dress... so it would be a size 12 in Australia. I wish I was a size 8 AUS!
