Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's do 250 of them.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Okay, I'll try. These killed me when I did P90X but I'll do my best. I think I might be able to do several sets of 25 or so to get them in.

Alright, I got in only 191. Lame, but I felt a little pinching in the right shoulder & it's an old injury so I figured I'd better be safe. You guys rock!0
