Hello! I just got through week one!! I haven't lost any weight yet--but I need to get on the ban wagon for exercising!! Motivation is all I need!!! We Can do this together!!!

  • Hi there!!! I just started too!!!! I love to work out so just let me know if you want any ideas on what is fun to do etc!!!! My eating habits are what is horrible haha so I will need help on not getting distracted coming from that part. Good luck I know we can all do it. Motivation is key so I am sending some your way :)

    hiii! :) i just joined yesterday so i'm new as well. don't allow the fact that you haven't lost weight discourage you - its better than you gaining weight! as for exercise, it's definitely key to losing weight and becoming a healthy person. in the past i use to be able to just modify my diet and lose all kinds of weight, but as i've gotten older i've come to the realization that activity can play an even bigger role in weight loss and overall health. you can definitely do this! you've already taken the first step by joining here and tracking so now its time to find some activities that you enjoy and get moving :)
