cravings

ever since I've been eating a lot healthier I've been having a lot of cravings for savoury foods like white bread, biscuits, cake etc.

I need some advice, what do you guys do to stop those cravings!!?

  • i brush my teeth and then put mint gum in my mouth!

    also, try chugging a bottle of water. that helps me.

    if it's at night, i usually just go to bed so i can't give in to the temptation! good luck xx

    For me, if I eat too many carbs then I have more cravings. If I eat more protein and healthy fats, then I don't have the cravings.

    if i really NEED it and did good ill have like a bite of the food then spray the rest with cleaning spray! lol i saw it on a show and it really works!

    I also bush my teeth as well it makes me feel like im done eating for the day lol i guess it sounds kinda weird.

    I eat rice cakes. :) They are delicious and low cal and have so many different ones to try.

    Oh and a specific treat day preplanned ahead of time in the week on my hardest workout day, bring on the nom noms!
  • as in madeira cake or banana cake...i consider them more savoury than sweet
