Hi everybody.
I am from Chennai. India. I joined MFP in June 11, have managed to lose 10 kgs so far. But I broke my toe yesterday and won't be able to do walking or running for a minimum of 3 weeks at least.
Any ideas on what exercises I can do to at lease keep the weight off till I can walk again. I am watching my cals. I also do some abs lunges etc.
Thanks a ton for any help I can get.

I'm thinking you could use a stationary bike. That way you're not really putting your weight on your feet.

I was doing a Jillian Michaels DVD and she said with lower body injuries one of the best cardio exercises is punches......

Sorry to hear about the toe. If you have access to a hand cycle or hand pedal exercise machine that would be a great way of getting in some aerobic activity.

    Good Luck!

Google exercises that you can do seated. I have worked with alot of people that have had lower body surgery and injury and they still can get a good workout while they heal.
