    just got done setting up a biggest loser contest on the ship, so I'll be training some of my shipmates.

    I have been living the good life here at home going out to dinner and lunch with the wife,

    I plan on coming baack in Oct under 180 or under 10% body fat. or we'll hit a lot of ports and I come back 380 :laugh:
