Met my First Major Goal!!!!!!!!!!!

In August, my surgeon and I set my next goal to lose another 25 lbs by my appointment in November, which would bring my total to 75 lbs.

Well, it's still October, and I passed 75 lbs this morning, and my official weigh in for the week isn't until this Thursday! YEA!!!!

Major priorities for me include:
- walking every day, even if it's just a mile. I get up and get moving.
- meeting my protein goals of 70-100 grams each day
- logging E.V.E.R.Y. crumb that I eat
- drinking water - I went cold turkey on June 29th, and haven't had any carbonated drinks since
- being part of the amazing MFP community. I know I can't do this alone, and appreciate everyone here who shares
