    Hey Bunky, This program is awesome, all you have to do is stick with it!!! There might be some bad days but don't let that bother you. If you stick with the cal limits the program sets for you the weight will come off. I started around march or april and lost 93 pounds so far!!! Great to see you here!!! You can do this!!!
