yummy recipe.... Chicken

1/2 cup cooked Nishiki Rice
egg ( half)
Grilled chicken boneless skinless 2 oz ( i used left over chicken & rice from last night )
Broccoli 1/2 cup
2.5 mushrooms
1/2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium

wash and cut everything up
put in pan mushrooms, cold rice, chicken and broccoli add 2 tbs of water keep mixing food after food is almost heated through out add soy sauce mix then push eveything to back of pan add egg to empty part of pan keep moving egg untill cooked then mix in with everything else.
and serve.
