Crustless Quiche - good for paleo or low carb dieters

I made this last night while making dinner and then just reheated for breakfast today. Very easy and good!

1 pound sausage, browned (I used sausage from local farm - no nitrates or other crap)
1-2 cups assorted vegetables (I used broccoli, red, green and yellow peppers)
6 eggs
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground pepper

Grease 9" pie pan. Add sausage to bottom of pan, top with vegetables. Whisk together eggs, mustard and pepper and pour evenly over vegetables and sausage. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.

Per 1/4 of pie (a big piece) it is 407 calories, 7 carbs, 31 g fat, 28 g protein, 1 gram fiber and 1 gram sugar.

    Yummy - I think I am going to make one also..............I will be using red and green peppers, spinach, onion and some raw milk cheddar cheese added to mine.
