EZ Thanksgiving Challenge 2011 10/26-11/23

I'm starting the E-Z Thanksgiving challenge. Goal? 29 Days of being on-plan with your calories. A goal, not a requirement. Let's see how many on-plan days we can achieve leading up to Thanksgiving. Our consistency will be rewarded with feeling great about staying on-plan and maybe even the scale will come along with us too!
Weigh Day will be on Wednesdays staring on 10/23 for those who want to share their weight loss. Feel free to share the loss amount lost each week.

Okay, I'm in. I am in an October challenge and a Christmas challenge, so this will serve to motivate me through November.
Now all of a sudden this brings to mind the age-old debate...gross or net calories?:noway: I just need to decide which one... it doesn't really matter I suppose. Have a great first week everyone!

I need to re-boot my weight loss! I had been steadily losing, took a couple months off and had been fluctuating between 3lbs (173-176), but now, the scale won't go below the middle of that (174.5)! I was 173.6 mid/end of August. I weigh every day to see fluctuations, but will officially weigh-in with you guys!

I made myself a goal to stay under my original calorie suggestion of 1450, regardless of exercises I do to increase that intake... My days on-plan will have 2 numbers: the first is # of days I stayed under original calorie goal; the second is # of days I stayed under calorie goal after exercise (if that makes sense)

It was a crazy week - I tried to stay under my original calorie goal, but that didn't work every day. I noticed a slight gain yesterday, but hadn't been eating too well. This morning I was at 171.6 (I tend to fluctuate). Still less thn 176.6!
