Looking for friends in general and friends looking to lose 1

I am starting my journey to a healthier lifestyle through calorie deficit and looking for some friends to help push me & I'll do the same for them.

I welcome constructive criticism.
I work out at the gym at least 3x a week, but I shoot for 5x a week.
I started gaining weight at around 18 years old. I am 27 now.
I have tried diet pills, fad diets & magic drinks but never liked the way they made me feel (jittery, hungry, unsatisfied) and have decided to do this the right way.

    I agree with the constructive criticism... My brain for some reason works off it better.
    Maybe its my 'oh really, you don't think i can do that' attitude.
