I have joined this site to monitor the way I eat. My family has several known health problems that are hereditary and genetic and I would like to make sure i'm not hit with any of them. I am training up to 6 days a week now to trim and tone up. I am in the process of applying for the RCMP and am considering doing some fitness competitions in the up coming year.

I would love to meet people who are on the same page with the same goal to live healthy!! Any friends would be more than welcome.
