I cycle carbs, but I'm always technically low carb. I cycle between 25 and 100 grams per day on average, usually leaning toward about 50. Since a low carb diet works by keeping your blood sugar very stable, I don't know that cycling carbs would work beyond that. I really only cycle to keep myself sane. I think (IMHO) that cycling calories would be better than cycling carbs because I just can't see a scientific benefit from it. Please correct me if I'm wrong. :)

i cant really cycle calories, i just cant eat THAT much food, haha! And being veggie this low carb is killing me, lol. now, if im putting this correctly and i hope i am; cycling carbs depletes glycogen on the low days to hit prime fat burning, then you get up to triple carb to restock to be able to continue to gain muscle mass. Since im not trying to lose weight but want to put on muscle i figured id try. Calorie cycling, if im right, is more for weight loss. Now,someone correct me if i pulled that out of my bum haha!
