hi all, i am new to all this. like most stories i cannot stick to a diet and exercise plan. so i am hoping this website will help me with every thing i need. would love for an awesome support system :) thank you for reading

    Welcome I am just like you hate to diet and exercise but need to. I love food and dieting is hard. This site has done wonders for me. I have not been doing long but feel I am going in the right direction
